These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of phll Casino at phll.club. By creating an account or using any part of the phll platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Please read carefully before proceeding.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By registering an Account on phll, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. phll reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any time to verify age eligibility. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age shall be immediately suspended and all funds held pending review in accordance with applicable regulations.
phll's Services are offered primarily to residents of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register or use the phll platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of phll is lawful in their location. phll makes no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any details change. phll may require completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at registration or at any point during your use of the phll platform. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account access.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on phll. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and a permanent ban from the phll platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of phll is truthful and accurate. phll is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to provide accurate Account details, including but not limited to failed withdrawals caused by incorrect bank account or e-wallet information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phll Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:
phll will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password claiming to be from phll should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. phll accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
phll accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for most payment methods. Deposits made via approved methods are credited to your phll Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
All deposits made to your phll Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your phll Account identity. phll reserves the right to reject deposits made from third-party sources and to conduct enhanced verification on deposits that cannot be confirmed as originating from the registered Account holder.
phll does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, exchange rates, or charges — phll is not responsible for any such third-party costs. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
phll complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds. By depositing funds, you confirm that the source of those funds is lawful and that you are not using the phll platform to launder money or conduct any financial fraud.
Withdrawal requests on phll are processed subject to the following conditions:
phll reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity and fraud verification on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required. phll does not apply processing fees to standard withdrawals, though your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
phll offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the terms of each specific promotion. Bonus Funds will be used before Real Money Funds for wagering purposes unless otherwise specified. Bonuses on phll are intended for personal recreational use by the eligible Account holder. The following activities will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension:

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term average payback rate and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past game results have no effect on future outcomes. Malfunction of any game voids all associated bets and pays. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phll platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:
phll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, breach of this Agreement, regulatory requirements, or ongoing legal proceedings. In the event of Account closure due to confirmed breach of this Agreement, any remaining balances may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Players may close their phll Account voluntarily at any time by contacting Customer Support. Voluntary closures do not result in forfeiture of Real Money Funds; any balance at the time of closure will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
All content on the phll platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game artwork, software, text, graphics, interface design, and databases, is the property of phll or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phll platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phll content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phll and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phll platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
phll's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or related to use of the phll platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct by phll.
phll does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or third-party infrastructure issues may temporarily affect platform availability. phll will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout the dispute resolution process.
phll reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendments take effect. Your continued use of the phll platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the phll platform and may close your Account by contacting Customer Support.
These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with phll shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of phll to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
